At NOLD, we are revolutionizing drinkware by collaborating with new-age bio-composite material innovators.
They source crop residue and fibres from farmers and farm factories across Karnataka while providing extra income for these farmers and preventing stubble burning. Their innovative process reduces the reliance on traditional polypropylene by blending agro-residue with bio-based or recycled binding agents. This bio-composite material is known as MYNUSCo.
This results in NOLD drinkware that contains up to 80% fast renewable materials and reduces the use of polypropylene by 45–50%.
Remarkably, our products are recyclable up to five times, ensuring sustainability without compromising durability, unlike biodegradable materials that erode and cause food migration.
By transforming crop waste from rice, coffee, bamboo, and more into stylish and sustainable drinkware, we are making a tangible impact on reducing the carbon footprint by 60–65%.
